Cooper nickel Flange.
I am working with 1 1/2'' and 2'' and 5'' cooper nickel pipe(90/10). The 5'' is of course, butt welds and all is well with this. The smaller pipe is all socket welds. Up until now there has been no problem there either.We got in some new socket weld flanges (90/10 cooper-nickel). They were not as polished as we had been getting they seemed more like "cast". The company could not find a welder for this job and it was months behind schedule when I got there. We completed on time with no injuries.Everyone was pleased.
