(I BUY ONLINE)

AIRGAS.COM Radnor 5/32" Tungsten PURE ELETRODES
(BALL THE END ON THE ELETRODE WITH A PIECE OF COPPER)
OR / ALSO
PRAXAIR MAKES I THINK ITS CALLED Pro-Star in 5/32

I MIG WELD ALUMINUM 3/64 WIRE WITH MILLER 350P. I HAVE TIG WELDED ALUMINUM FOR A PLACE THAT MADE BOAT LIFTS AND PWC LIFTS (MILLER Syncrowave180). NOW I MIG IN A FACTORY THAT MAKES LIFT GATES (TAIL LIFTS) FOR TRUCKS. I LOVE TO WELD I DO A LOT OF PROTOTYPING (PRE-PRODUCTION OR ONE-OFFS) FOR ENGINEERING STAFF. I LIKE TO BRING THE PRINTS/ DRAWINGS TO LIFE AND GIVE IT BACK TO THE "DRAFTSMAN".

WHAT MAKES YOU WELD EVERYDAY (IT'S NOT THE PAY, THERE IS A LOT EASIER WAYS TO PAY THE BILLS)?

Hi:
am from Chile and about aluminum I´d been facing kind of problems finding nozzles for TIG torch to hold the heat from doing the welding for up to 3/4" thick Al1100 pipe for capsulated cells connecting a generator to transformer, do I know that it should be done ussing mig but customer allways´s right so I didn´t find any 5/32" tungsten, nozzle, gaslen filter, by the way...what kind of tungsten should be used for this kind of welding?
